Intellectual property rights protect the creations or inventions made by a person or company.

• Inventions 
• Interpretations, performances, or productions 
• Plant varieties

The rights that protect these creations and inventions encompass:

• Trademarks
• Copyrights
• Connected rights
• Patents or utility models
• Models or industrial designs
• Plant breeder’s rights

What is the Brand Protection Program and what does it offer? 

In addition to this tool, we have signed collaboration agreements with chambers, associations, and authorities, and developed a channel for our users to report offers of counterfeit products.

We have an ongoing commitment to upholding our Terms and Conditions, which is why we want to learn from the reports we receive through the BPP to detect tendencies or intellectual property infringement patterns, as well as cancel listings with infringements.

Additionally, we provide training and recommendations developed directly by intellectual property rights holders to help sellers create listings without infringements.
