Products Requiring Government Authorization in Chile

The Chilean government does not allow listing or ordering products that:

If you are a seller listing your products on the Chile site, remember that these are requirements to avoid potential moderations.

Lack of registrations, permits, or legal certifications mandated by current regulations.
Fail to adhere to labeling, information manuals, seals, information, specified by prevailing regulations.
Low-voltage electrical items (e.g., cables, extension cords, and other power connection products) that lack the Safety Certification (issued by the SEC).
Run on electricity or fuels and are subject to energy efficiency labeling requirements (e.g., refrigerators, air conditioners, and others). As regulations dictate, products not displaying the required energy efficiency label are not allowed from public view.
Resemble toys that are electricity-operated, including shapes like animals, characters, people, or scale models, in violation of IEC 60335-1 and the guidelines of the Superintendence of Electricity and Fuels (SEC).
