How does the return process work?

Understanding how the Return process works is essential to ensure the best experience for you and your buyers.

Once a buyer receives your product, there might be several reasons for returning it, such as defects, discrepancies, or damage. If this is the case, buyers are entitled to open a complaint. To prevent this from happening, we strongly suggest following our guide on avoiding complaints.

Remember that if you have an open complaint, you should address it as soon as possible since it may be affecting your reputation as a seller.

 

Return methods for Global Selling users:

  • Return addresses: you can set up a local (in Mexico) or an international (in the US) return address in your account to generate shipping labels for buyer returns.

  • Offer a refund: you agree to refund the buyer’s money without requiring the product to be returned; this immediately closes the complaint.
