Fulfillment Returns

For Fulfillment products that go through a return process, there are different situations that can arise for Full products depending on whether you have a registered local return address or not.

If you have a registered local return address:

The returned products will go back to your registered local return address, except for the consumer electronics that will go back to the Full warehouse to check if they are in good condition to be restocked for sale again.

If you don’t have a registered local return address:

For consumer electronics such as cell phones, notebooks, smartwatches, netbooks, tablets, ultrabooks or e-readers, they will have a sorting process when arriving to the warehouse, in order for us to determine if the product can be up for sale again, or if it’s not suitable for sale. Check how do returns work.

In case the product is not suitable to be up for sale you will have 20 (twenty) calendar days to schedule a pickup or to request your stock to be discarded from the Stock management Full section. After this period of time, if the product is still in the warehouse, you won’t be able to recover it. Check how to pick up your products from Full.

Remember it’s mandatory for cell phones that the IMEI code is fully visible on the product's packaging to restock them. We strongly recommend not to cover it with labels or accessories when preparing the inbound shipment package.

Keep in mind…

You need to set up a local return address for each marketplace and logistic method to get your products back every time buyers initiate a return process. Check how to set up a local return address.

If the return is finished and you need to contact Mercado Libre to open a complaint, go to the order detail and click on I have another kind of problem.
