Local Return

In order for Mercado Libre to return products, you must set up a local return address for each marketplace and logistics method in which you operate.  

Once a buyer requests a return, you’ll be notified in the Summary, under Your pending tasks. Clicking here will redirect you to the Orders section where you’ll be able to review the reason for the return and accept it.

If you already have a local return address and you accept the return, Mercado Libre will generate the shipping label, so that the buyer can send the product back to you.

Keep in mind you’ll be able to track the shipment in the row of your item in the Orders section.

It’s important to set up your local return address, in order to avoid complaints and mediations that may negatively affect your reputation.

In the case of Full products with no local return address, they will be returned to the fulfillment warehouse. Once there, you can schedule a stock pickup if needed.
