Returnless refund

You can choose to issue a direct refund to the buyer and not receive your product back. This way you avoid complaints and mediations that may negatively affect your reputation. 

To do this follow these steps:

  1. On your Summary, go to the main menu and click on Orders.
  2. Locate the order and click on View complaint.
  3. In this window, you’ll see the reason for the return and the buyer's comments. Scroll to the bottom of the page where you’ll find the Refund the money option.

Refund the money

Once the refund is confirmed, the money will be returned to the buyer and the complaint will be closed. Keep in mind our Terms and Conditions prohibit any type of partial settlement of money to resolve the complaint (such as offering discounts).
