Full charges for non-compliance
As we prepare to receive exactly what you declared and on the scheduled date, non-compliances affect our operations, and your stock may take longer to be ready for sale.
Thus, we charge non-compliance fees for:
1. Not attending, modifying, or canceling the scheduled appointment out of time: We will charge US$0,61 per unit in your shipment when your logistics suppliers miss the scheduled appointment or modify/cancel it less than 1 business day before the due date.
2. Sending different units than those declared: We will charge US$0,61 for each unit you send over or under the declared amount for each product, including those of undeclared products. For example:
How to avoid non-compliance fees
To avoid charges for non-compliance make sure to meet your appointments and to send the exact units and products declared in the shipment. Also, keep active communication with your logistics suppliers to arrange any shipment modification ahead of time and avoid non-compliance.
Remember, you can edit a created shipment plan limitless. Once scheduled, you have up to 1 business day before the set date to remove or add units up to 20% without losing your appointment. If you need to make bigger changes in your shipment, ask them to cancel or reschedule.
