Exceptions to non-compliance fees in your shipments

We understand that issues may arise when preparing your shipments, so we will make some exceptions when applying the non-compliance charges:

• You will have 1 bonus non-compliance per quarter in case your logistics suppliers are unable to meet the appointment or cancel it on short notice. For example: if they miss an appointment in August, you will use your bonus for the quarter (July, August, and September). The new bonus will be available in October. 

• You will have a margin of error to send stock differences of up to 5% of what you declared, free of charge. For example: if you declare 100 units, you can have up to 5 units of difference (more or less). If you exceed this percentage difference allowed and send 6 units of difference, we will charge you for all of them.
