How to change my logistics supplier at Full Chile

At Full Chile, you can change your international logistics supplier when needed to ensure the efficiency of your operation. To do so, consider the following procedure and the time it may take to become effective.

Note that once the request is officially filed, your operation will be temporarily paused until the change becomes effective, which depends on the time it takes for you and the logistics supplier to provide all the documentation required by Mercado Libre

Therefore, you are advised to start the process during the first days of the month, to ensure that all the requirements are met at least one week before the closing of the month. This way, your operation will be reactivated on time so you can begin the following month smoothly, without affecting your fiscal/tax closings.

How to change your logistics supplier

  1. File the request: Notify your key account manager that you will be making this change, and provide all the information and legal documentation required for registering your new international logistics supplier, just as you did to register your previous one.

  2. Decide on your stored stock: You can choose to keep your units in storage, although they will then be frozen temporarily, and you won't be able to make any stock movements until the process is completed. You may also choose to request a stock retrieval or discard from “Stock Control” before the process begins.

  3. Wait for the change to take place in our system: We’ll pause your operations temporarily while the new logistics supplier is registered in our system as in charge of your stored stock. This may take up to 10 days, or longer if there’s any delay in submitting the required documentation.

  4. Resume operations: We’ll reactivate your operations on the first business day of the following month, as long as all the above steps have been completed successfully. Then, you’ll be able to start creating and sending new stock to Full via your new logistics supplier, once it is properly registered and admitted to schedule shipments.
