How do we charge the shipping fee?

Every time you sell a product, we automatically deduct the shipping fee. You can review this value on the order details.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the gross weight package for each order in Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Mexico. 

To avoid any discrepancies, we strongly suggest reviewing how to calculate the shipping fees of your products.

We constantly monitor your listings and shipments. If we notice recurrent differences between the information you provide and the gross weight we validate, your account may be permanently suspended.

Shipping fees may vary depending on changes in the delivery service fees.
