In this section, you’ll find a list of products and services that are prohibited to offer, request, list, purchase, or sale are by Mercado Libre. These restrictions are due to internal policies and/or to guarantee compliance with any current law, as the case may be.

Sellers are the ones responsible for the legality and legitimacy of the items they offer. Sellers must comply with all relevant regulatory obligations and have the records, permits, and/or authorizations required by the applicable regulations for the sale of the goods and services they offer. Mercado Libre does not assume any responsibility for the existence on the site of products or services that violate the policies or any law or judicial resolution in force.

MercadoLibre may cancelled content that do not comply with the policies mentioned here. Bearing this in mind, we recommend that you review this list before listing a  product.
