What to do if the report falls outside the scope of the BPP?
Find out what to do if you receive a report and consider that you haven’t infringed any intellectual property rights.

If a listing receives a report from a member of the Brand Protection Program (BPP), it means that you may be infringing their intellectual property rights, resulting in the listing being paused immediately.
Who can use the BPP to report listings?
- Holders of intellectual property rights.
- Legal representatives or authorized persons with supporting documentation
Which infringements can you report?
✔ Counterfeit or pirated products.
✔ Illegal use of copyrights.
✔ Images used without authorization.
✔ Products offered by sellers who claim they are official distributors of the brand when they actually aren’t.
What isn’t considered an intellectual property infringement?
X A report aimed at controlling distribution or sales channels.
X A report aimed at controlling the offering price of a product.
When you disagree with a report you received, remember to respond to it within four calendar days. Your response will be sent to the complainant.
