After creating your promotion, filter the deal card and check the eligible listings with which you can participate. You’ll be able to add one listing at a time or several at once.

Add one listing at a time

Once you filter the promotion card, you have to select the “Participate” option of the listing that you want to add. You can check:

- Your promotion’s benefits.
- The discount percentage.
- The final price of your listing.

Confirm your promotion and that’s it! Keep adding more listings to your promotion.

Add several listings at once

You can add several listings at once online or from an Excel file.

Online

1. Choose all the listings or mark them one by one from the list.

2. Select “Participate”.

3. Check your promotion’s conditions

You’ll find all the selected listings, the minimum discount assigned to them, their final price and the duration of the promotion. In addition, you’ll be able to check how the promotions will be shown on the website and remove the listings with which you choose not to participate.

4. Confirm your promotion and that’s it! Your listings will be participating in the promotion you created.

With an Excel file (only for Commercial events, Promotional campaigns and those Campaigns with contributions from Mercado Libre)

1. In the promotions list, select “Manage from an Excel file”.

From this same option you’ll be able to download and upload your Excel file with the listings that you want to participate with.

2. Once you download your file, you’ll find two pages: one with “Help” for you to solve your questions and a “Spreadsheet where you’ll check your listings.

3. Upload your file whenever you want and that’s it! Your listings will be participating in the promotion you created.
