What are the requirements to create a clip?

What you have to do:

• Film in vertical format. 
• Your video must last between 10 seconds and 60 seconds.
• You can upload the same video to multiple listings of the same product.
• Film in a quiet place that has good lighting.
• Respect the safe areas. Don’t include text or elements where the product or the share button are placed.
• Comply with the advertising and marketing rules applicable to the product. For example, for the alcoholic beverage category you have to include the phrase “Sale prohibited to minors”. 

What is not allowed
If your video has any of these infringements, it will not be published and buyers will not be able to view it.

• Don’t mention prices, deals, selling conditions, coupons or limited time promotions.
• Don’t carry out contests, raffles or games of chance.
• Don’t show images from the product page or other sections of Mercado Libre.
• Don’t include watermarks with personal information or contact details.
• Don’t compare or make unfunded references to products or services of competitors. Comparisons or references must be based on objective criteria and have no defamatory connotation.
• Don’t include or talk to minors.
• Don’t use videos, articles or news that belong to third parties.
• Don’t share contact information like phone numbers, addresses or social media.
