What preparation and regulations do the products you send to Full have to follow?

The products you send to Full must comply with certain requirements so that we can admit them:

  • They must have a protective packaging: Each unit must have a resistant plastic packaging that covers it entirely and allows viewing the information. If they do not have it from the manufacturer, please add one. How do I know if I have to add packaging to my products?
  • They cannot exceed the allowed dimensions: Each product must weigh below 20 kg in their primary packaging, and their width cannot be over 120 cm.

In addition, if you send consumer packaged goods:

  • Their expiration date must be after the required date: The date must be printed on the primary packaging of each product, be legible and after the required date. If you send the products in a master box, the date must be both on the box as on each unit.
  • They must comply with the country’s commercial regulations: The products must include the information required for mass consumption stock according to the country’s legislation. It must be in Spanish, be legible and not handwritten.

If you send products that do not comply with the following requirements, it will not be possible to receive them and you will have to pick them up from Full.
