Fees for no-show or late cancellation on the appointment by your supplier

If your logistics operator fails to appear at the warehouses on the scheduled delivery date, it will generate additional charges. To avoid those fees on your shipments in Full, your logistics operator must comply with the scheduled appointments, and in case of modification, it shall be within the stipulated times.

Non-compliances that generate charges:

  • Not attending the scheduled appointment: If your logistics operator cannot comply with the appointment booked, it must be canceled or rescheduled by the operator at least 2 working days in advance.
  • Modify the reservation outside of the tolerance time frame: A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 2 working days before the appointed time.
How to avoid the charges for non-compliance?

  • Maintain active communication with your logistics operator to coordinate possible shipment modifications within the established time frame.
  • Track regularly the status of the appointments scheduled by your operator directly in Global Selling, as shown in the image below.

Non-compliance with stock shipments

Cancel the reservation less than 2 business days in advance or not respect it

When you schedule a date, we prepare to receive your stock. If your supplier cancels on short notice or doesn't show up, another seller won’t be able to use it. The same happens when you schedule a collection and do not deliver the stock to the carrier.

Each unit you declare and do not ship costs US$ 0.69. Example: If you declare 100 units and don't ship or cancel on short notice, we will charge you US$ 69 (US$0,69 x 100 units).
