Full charges for non-complying with the scheduled appointment

As we prepare to receive the exact products and units declared in your shipment and on the set date and time, non-compliance with the scheduled appointments affects our capacity at Full. Thus, you may be charged extra fees in some cases.

Non-compliance fees for no-show or late cancellations

You will be charged US$0,61 per unit in your shipment whenever:

  • Your logistics suppliers do not show up at the warehouse on the scheduled date and time.
  • Your logistics supplier modify or cancel the appointment less than 1 day business day before the scheduled date.

This way, if you declare 100 units and your logistic suppliers don't deliver them on time or cancel the appointment on short notice, we will charge you US$61 (US$0,61 x 100 units).

How to avoid fees for no-show or late cancellations

Make sure your logistics suppliers comply with the scheduled appointments and respect the lead time set for modifying or canceling them. Remember to track the status of the scheduled appointments from the “Created shipments” section and to maintain active communication with them to arrange any shipment modifications ahead of time. 

If your logistics operator fails to appear at the warehouses on the scheduled delivery date, it will generate additional charges. To avoid those fees on your shipments in Full, your logistics operator must comply with the scheduled appointments, and in case of modification, it shall be within the stipulated times.
