Full stock retrieval and discard fees

We charge for stock retrievals or discards based on the total volume of products instead of per unit, and you will have progressive discounts the larger that volume is. Please note that retrieving and discarding your units that are not suitable for sale is free of charge.

The retrieval stock fee is the operating cost for preparing your products and getting them ready to be retrieved from Full, whatever the method you choose. The stock discard fee is due to the operational cost of preparing the units you chose to discard from Full and sending them as donations to non-profit organizations, recycling them, or disposing of them, depending on their conditions.

Note that the higher the stock’s volume is, the lower the cost per square meter will be. That’s why we recommend adding all the units you no longer want to have at Full.

You’ll find the fee generated once you confirm the stock discard, and you’ll be able to pay it directly in your Mercado Libre invoice.
