Full charges for sending different units than those declared
To get all inbound shipments’ units up for sale faster after arriving in the warehouse, we will apply charges to those who do not comply with the declared and shipped stock quantities as of March.
As we prepare our warehouse to receive the declared units, you delay your and other sellers’ shipments if you send more. And if you send fewer units, we lose the opportunity to use the reserved time to enter other sellers’ stock.
What are the charges for non-compliance?
The fee is US$ 1.15 for each unit you ship over or under the declared amount. If you declare 100 units and we receive 125 units (+25%) then you will pay US$1,15 x 25 = US$ 28,75.
How to avoid charges?
To avoid paying, please make sure you send only the declared number of units. Once your International logistics supplier sets a delivery date, you must ask them to cancel the appointment to modify the number of units or even cancel your shipment.
To speed up the counting of your units, make sure you correctly identify the packages that contain them, so we can know which shipment they belong to and register them without any problem.
You will be able to check if your shipments committed non-compliance and the associated charges from the Shipments Management Full section.
