How do we calculate the amount we will pay on your account according to the Full Protection Program?

To calculate the amount we will pay you for damaged or lost units covered by the Envios Full Protection Program, we will consider the median of what you received for the product sales during the last 30 calendar days.

In case it is a product with no sales within the last 30 calendar days, the amount to be paid will be what you would receive for an order on the day of the damage or loss, that is, the price of the listing on that date minus the amount of the selling fee.

You will see the payment in the Payment Reports section as “Payment for the Envíos Full Protection Program”.

Please note that in order to receive the amount, you must comply with all the requirements of the Envios Full Protection Program.
