Return to origin is currently only available in the US.
If you’re a US-based seller and would like to recover your product, you can provide an international shipping label only if you’re in the mediation stage.
To initiate a mediation, simply click on Ask for help to Mercado Libre in the Complaint messages section:
Once Mercado Libre’s representative contacts you, you’ll be given the choice to manage the international shipping label on your own. If this is the case, you’ll be able to upload the label and the representative will send it to the buyer, in order to dispatch the product.
Remember that you have 48 hours to reply to Mercado Libre’s representative with the international shipping label, otherwise, the resolution of the complaint will proceed and you will lose the product.
If you have any issues with the returned product, (it’s broken or different, among others), you have 72 hours to report it.
