How does Reputation work?
Reputation determines the position you occupy in the seller’s ranking. We represent it with colors:

What factors determine your reputation?
We calculate reputation based on the experience you offer to your customers. When you reach your first 10 sales, these are the variables we will take into account to calculate it:
Orders with complaints
They should not exceed 1% of your total sales for Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil and 2.5% for Chile, Colombia, and Uruguay.
Handling time
The following only apply to your direct-to-consumer operation:
- In order to have a green color reputation, your orders with delayed handling time cannot exceed 10% of total orders for Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil, and 12% for Chile, Colombia, and Uruguay.
- In order to have a yellow color reputation, your orders with delayed handling time cannot exceed 15% of total orders for Mexico and Argentina, and 18% for Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Uruguay.
- In order to have an orange color reputation, your orders with delayed handling time cannot exceed 22% of total orders for Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil, and 26% for Chile, Colombia, and Uruguay.
Avoid affecting your reputation by dispatching the product to the warehouse of your assigned carrier within 48 working hours after the order was created. Additionally, please note that order scanning can be completed within 24 hours after delivery.
Cancelled orders
To keep a green reputation, the rate of canceled orders should not exceed 1% for Mexico and Argentina, 1.5% for Brazil, and 2.5% for Chile, Colombia, and Uruguay.

What period is taken into account to calculate the reputation?
We calculate your reputation based on your recent performance.
If you reach the minimum number of orders, we calculate sales and impacts using the period shown below. Otherwise, we consider the last 365 days until today.
