How free shipping works

Free shipping is one of the benefits that buyers value the most, so listings with free shipping increase your chances of making sales. As such, it is one of the most important aspects of our shipping strategy.
Please consider the following changes we’re making in our free shipping policies to help you be more competitive, which will be effective from January 14 onwards.

Free shipping's new conditions

• Listings priced below the thresholds will no longer qualify for free shipping.

• Listings priced above the thresholds will continue to qualify for free shipping at your expense. 

• Multiple products priced below the threshold sold together that total equal to or exceed the new thresholds will qualify for free shipping. Depending on the gross weight of the package, we will either cover the full shipping cost or provide a significant discount on shipping.

When a listing complies to this benefit, a shipping fee will be charged to you, which will be deducted from your payment and reflected in the orders’ details.
