In some cases, we may collect your personal data when you, as the representative of the seller, register in our platform to create an account. In other cases, we collect it automatically when you browse our pages or through reliable sources. Please note that you are not required to provide us with your personal details, but it is a requirement to use our services. If the information you give us is not precise, we cannot offer you the best experience. If you provide us inaccurate or false information, we might suspend the services we offer you or your account might be shut down.

To enable seller´s cross-border transactions with other users of Mercado Libre.

How do Mercado Libre's services work for minors?

Our platform are not directed toward children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information (including as defined by the U.S., Children’s Privacy Protection Act, or “COPPA”) from children.
