How to pack your products to send to Full

The products you ship to Full must meet some requirements, so that we can put them for sale and remain well protected in our warehouses. In addition, consumer packaged goods must have the information required by the regulations of the destination country.

Be sure to ship your products in a primary packaging

The products must have a primary package that covers them completely (their original packaging). If they do not have one, please wrap them in transparent bags, boxes or according to the suggested packaging for the type of product, without affecting the readability of the product information.

How to pack your products according to their category:

Pointy, sharp or blunt objects

Scissors, tools, metal raw materials.

Wrap each one with bubble wrap or similar and make sure the ends are covered and reinforced to avoid accidents. Then attach the product label

Fragile products

Glasses, plates, mirrors, eyeglasses, paintings, bottles etc.

Wrap each of them in bubble wrap or similar before placing them in their individual packaging. Then attach the product label

When assembling the box, stack the products securely, indicate the number of units within it, and mark the box as fragile.

If you are sending eye glasses, mirrors, or glass items, in addition to packing them individually, fill up the unprotected spaces with foam and put them in an individual box.

Liquid

Perfumes, glue, cleaners, nail polish remover, etc.

Press the tap tightly and attach the product label on the bottle. Then store each one in an airtight bag or wrap it in plastic film to prevent the liquid from spilling.

Before grouping the identified products in the box, make sure it is resistant and that it will not fold or dent if pressure is applied on its sides. Also check if the box has openings and, if that is the case, seal them with tape.

After that, place the products vertically and fill the spaces in the box so that they will not move when transported.

We recommend using these labels to indicate the position in which the boxes should be transported and stored, to indicate if they contain hazardous substances in limited quantities (corrosive, flammable or pressurized) or if they are fragile.

Textile

Teddy bears, clothes, bags, towels, bedsheets, etc.

Pack each object in a transparent bag and then stick the label on the product.

Small objects

Jewellery, key rings, etc

Powder

Face powder, washing powder, etc.

Kits

Adapter, cable, and earphone kits.

Pack the products of the kit together in the same package as shown in the listing and label them correctly using the product label.

Identify your products

The fact that your products are identified means that they must have scannable codes that allow us to recognize and receive them. You must identify them with:

  • Universal Codes: Enter the codes as they are printed on your products. If you have already done so, just check that they match the ones you entered in the listing.

  • Product Labels: Attach on each one the labels that we will give you at the moment of preparing your shipment.

Leave the codes always visible

  • Universal Codes: Make sure the physical barcode of the product is visible, so we can scan it.

  • Product Labels: Attach them to the outside of the primary packaging of the product, so we can scan them.

Keep in mind:

Remember to always comply with Mexican import regulations in order to be able to operate correctly at Full.
