How stock returns work
When a buyer decides to return a product, you will be able to view the return from the Orders section.
Please note that in order to retrieve returned units you must first add a local address. So that your buyers will be able to print the shipping label.
If you do not have your own local address, here are some suppliers which can receive your returns.
What if you have a problem
If you receive the product in different conditions from the ones you sent, you will have up to 72 working hours to report the problem. You can report the problem from the sales details and we will help you.
