Glossary of stock reports at Full: What each status or movement means
You can download several reports from the “Stock control” section within “Stock Management Full” with the status and movements of your products to manage your operations in Full.
See what each status or movement that appears in each one means:
General stock report
The General Stock Report shows what is happening with your units on the way and inside the distribution center the moment you download the file.
Units on the way to Full
Shipments pending receipt |
Units that are part of a shipment in preparation that you have not yet sent to the distribution center, of a created shipment that is on its way or is being processed. |
Undelivered orders |
Units that are returning to the distribution center and will be put up for sale again because we were unable to deliver them to buyers. |
Returned by the buyer |
Units that are returning to Full because the buyer started a return. |
Units within Full
Unavailable |
To review |
With identification issues |
Units that we could not identify. You must assign a listing to them so we can make them available for sale. |
Temporarily unavailable |
Under identification process |
Units under review by our operation. We will make them available for sale when we confirm that its identification is correct. |

Misplaced
|
Units we could not find through the system at the warehouse. If they are not up for sale within 30 days, we will pay for them in your Payment reports as "Exceptional income". |

Units being analyzed to see if they are still suitable for sale. |

In transfer |
Units which are being shipped to other warehouse to optmize storage space. |

Canceled orders |
Units from orders canceled by buyers. They will be put up for sale again. |

Returned by the buyer |
Units returned by the buyer that are being analyzed to see if they are still suitable for sale. |

To pick up |
With scheduled pickups |
Units that are part of a pickup that you have scheduled to take the stock stored in Full. |

Exceed allowed dimensions |
Units not suitable for Full because they exceed the allowed dimensions. |

Flammable |
Units not suitable for Full because they are flammable. |
||
Poorly packaged |
Units that have been badly packaged and must be removed from the warehouse. If you want to ship them again, please review the instructions to correctly pack your products. |

Expired or close do expire |
Units that arrived expired or close to expiration at the warehouse. |
||
Arrived damaged |
Units that we received damaged at the warehouse. |
||
Returned with problems |
Units returned by the buyer which are not suitable for sales. |

With quality issues |
Units we took from the stock for sale, because buyers reported the product don't meet the expected conditions. More information. |

Other issues |
Units not suitable for Full for several reasons: they do not comply with the required regulation, have pests, need temperature control for their conservation, among others. |

Consolidated movement report
The consolidated movement report briefly displays the activities already completed of a selected product during a chosen period of time.
By downloading it, you can see:
Total stored stock |
UUnits stored at the start and end date of a selected period of time. |

Units received and added to the warehouse. |
Ordered |
Units delivered or on the delivery process to buyers. |

Returned by the buyer |
Units returned by the buyer. |

Misplaced(refunded) |
Units we could not find through the system at the warehouse. If they are not up for sale within 30 days, we will pay for them in your Payment reports section as "Exceptional income". |

Damaged at Full |
Units that will be removed or donated to nonprofit organizations because they were damaged while stored at the warehouse and will be paid in your Payment reports within 15 days. |

Orders not delivered |
Units which are on the way to the warehouse and will be available for sale again as we could not deliver them to buyers. Otherwise we will pay for them. |

Canceled orders |
Units regarding orders canceled by buyers. We will make them available for sale again. |
|
Picked up |
Units you picked up from the warehouse. |
|
Expired pickup date |
Units that will be removed or donated to nonprofit organizations because they belong to a pickup to which you have not attended and have not rescheduled within 7 days. |

Others |
Adjustments in the stored stock by the warehouse operation. |
Product movement report
The product movement report displays the details of the activity of a selected product during a chosen period of time.
By downloading it, you can see:
Date |
Date and time the movement was done. |

ID number of each operation |
Movement number. |

Total stock stored |
Units stored at the start and end date of a selected period time. |

Movements of your units |
Stock entry |
Units received and added to the warehouse. |
Order |
Units delivered or on the delivery process to buyers. |

Refund per misplaced unit |
Units we could not find through the system at the warehouse. If they are not up for sale within 30 days and we will pay for them in your Payment reports section as "Exceptional income". |

Damaged at Full |
Units that will be removed or donated to nonprofit organizations because they were damaged while stored at the warehouse and will be paid in your Payment reports within 15 days. |

Order not delivered |
Units which are on the way to the warehouse and will be available for sale again as we could not deliver them to buyers. |

Canceled order |
Units regarding orders canceled by buyers. We will make them available for sale again. |
