How do we calculate the size of your product?

There are 3 types of size: small, medium and large. We determine the size of your product based on its volume, the measure that represents the physical space that the unit occupies in our storage center.

How do I know if my product is small, medium or large

To calculate the units volume, you must multiply their sides. Calculate on the unit package, that is, on the product in its original packaging or in the bag that covers its entirety.

Small product (0 to 1.200 cm3)	E.g.: mouse.
Medium product (1.201 to 30.000 cm3)	E.g.: notebook.
Large product (more than 30.000 cm3)	E.g.: microwave.
