When your products arrive at the warehouse, we will weigh them and take the dimensions of their primary packaging. That is, we will measure their original packaging or the transparent bag in which you have wrapped each of the units that will reach your buyers.

If you are going to send products to the warehouse in Chile:

• They must weigh less than 20 kg. 

• Its sides must not exceed 120 cm.

• The sum of all its sides should not exceed 260 cm.

If you are going to send products to the warehouse in Mexico:

• They must weigh less than 25 kg. 

• Its sides must not exceed 120 cm.

• The sum of all its sides should not exceed 260 cm.

Example of allowed dimensions: You can send a light bulb packed in a box measuring 30 cm x 25 cm x 20 cm.

Example of not allowed dimensions: You cannot send a TV in a box measuring 125 cm x 60 cm x 40 cm.  

If you send a product that exceeds the allowed dimensions and the units are not withdrawn for more than 30 days, they will be discarded and also generate a discard stock fee on your invoice.
